The avowed aim of Papty School is to produce disciplined and responsible adults who can steer the ship of the nation at the point left by their predecessors. To achieve this aim, pupils are expected to do the right things at the right times at the right places. These are some rules and regulations the students are expected to comply with.
- Children must be neatly dressed in the prescribed uniforms all the time
- Pupils must behave themselves and be respectful and courteous to all those in authority
- Pupils must be regular and punctual to School
- The hair style of the girls may be natural, corn rolled or plaited and the boys must have neat short hair
- Pupils must have neat short hair
- Pupils must not litter compound
- Pupils must do and submit their home work on time
- Pupils must respect seniors and prefects
- Pupils must not sing profane songs, speak vulgar word nor use nick names in schools
- Pupils must not speak vernacular or Pidgin English in school
- Pupils must avoid all forms of aggressive and voilent behaviours
- A conducive environment for learning requires quiet surroundings. Pupils have break time and co-curriculum periods to fratenize and therefore, disturbance during class hours will not be tolerated.
- All students are expected to attend morning assemblies on time. Late comers are punished to deter future offenders.

- Visitors for staff are only entertained only during Lunch break, that is 12:00noon -1:30 pm
